Shipping: All items are shipped by priority mail via USPS, which includes tracking. Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 days of processing time. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email allowing you to track your purchase. If you would like to receive your items expeditiously, or if you want international shipping, please message Pillow de la Rue in advance of your purchase so the shipping rate can be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges: Pillow de la Rue will be happy to exchange or replace a less than satisfactory item within 7 days of original shipment. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but unfortunately we cannot honor requests that are based on color, texture or size. Descriptions of size and texture are listed in the description area for each item. Colors may differ slightly depending on your computer or smartphone screen. When available, swatches can be mailed by request at no additional cost.
Custom Orders: Custom orders can be made upon request. Custom and reserve listings are active for 48 hours after request.
